一、凹版印刷

1、 Intaglio printing

塑料薄膜的印刷以凹版印刷工艺为主，用凹版印刷的塑料薄膜具有印刷质量高、墨层厚实、色彩鲜艳、图案清晰明快、画面层次丰富、反差适度、形象逼真、立体感强等优点。凹版印刷要求各色图案套准误差不大于0.3mm，产品同色密度偏差和同批同色偏差等指标符合GB7707-87要求。凹版印刷的印版耐印力强，适于长版活件

二、柔性版印刷

2、 Flexographic printing

柔性版印刷主要利用柔性凸版和快干凸版油墨。其设备简单，成本低，版材质量轻，印刷时压力小，版材及机械损耗小，印刷时噪声小、速度快。柔性版换版时间短、工效高,柔性版柔软、有弹性、传墨性能好,印刷材料适应面广，对于印刷小批量的产品成本比凹版印刷低。但柔性版印刷对油墨和版材的要求较高，因此印刷质量比凹版工艺稍逊。

Flexographic printing mainly uses flexographic letterpress and fast drying letterpress inks. It features simple equipment, low cost, light plate quality, low pressure during printing, small plate and mechanical loss, low noise and fast printing speed. The flexographic plate has a short change time and high work efficiency. The flexographic plate is soft, elastic, and has good ink transmission performance. The printing materials are widely used. The cost of printing small batches of products is lower than that of intaglio printing. However, flexographic printing has higher requirements for inks and plates, so the printing quality is slightly inferior to that of intaglio printing.
